There is a senior post open which I am going through the selection process for and am at the final interview stage. Things are looking good but I have been told that there is a person that works for the parent company that is desperately wanting the job. Recruitment? In the Housing Department of a Council in Engalnd there are two team leaders. One of the team leader left the dept and the other was managing the two teams. The departmental manager advertised 1 team leader post as they already had one in place.
