Where do I ask if a certain British recruitment agency is legal and legitimate?

I want to know if BARRHEAD TRAVEL UK LTD is a legitimate and legal recruitment agency.. where will I ask for some information regarding recruitment agency in United Kingdom.

1. It has a website online but it's not a recruitment agency, it's a travel site.
2. Its a travel agent.....they can obviously recruit for their own company! Check companys house website...that tells you if Ltd companys are legit.
