I need an expert that can identify if this company is legal or not.?

I have search through this job in sulit.com.ph and they said that they are hiring for 100 service crew in canada with no placement fee,need to know if its legal or not check out their post here http://www.sulit.com.ph/index.php/view+classifieds/id/1368267/NO+PLACEMENT+FEE+CANADA!+100+SERVICE+CREW+WANTED!+*LISENCED+RECRUITMENT+AGENCY* pls. tell me wether its true or not.

1. I would say it is legal, I have seen plenty of fake sites in my life but that looks good to me. I am not an expert but have experience in this field. If there is a phone number give them a call and talk to them a bit more about it. ~ Bunny Boy
