Is it legal and safe to be directly hired by a foreign employer without going to a recruitment agency?

I want to find job in other countries but it is directly hired and is not endorsed by a recruitment agency. what should i do?

1. What should you do?! If the job pays well, carry on working there. Who cares if it's illegal if you're raking in the cash? Just try not to get caught because it IS illegal....
2. 1. there is no problem as long as after hiring your legal stay formalities are completed. 2. contact your nearest embassy if u feel there is a problem.
