Is it legal to obtain arranged employment through a recruitment/job agency to migrate to Canada?

As long as the company recruiting me makes the job offer letter for permanent employment. In few words, is it okay to use the services of a recruitment/job agency for arranged employment as a federal skilled worker? By company I mean, the ACTUAL company NOT the recruitment agency.,
