1. check if they have a website, and see what they are saying
2. I've had a quick look at their website and they look genuine, but they do seem to have a limited number of vacancies. One down side would the fact that if you apply for a job anywhere other than UK then you have to get your CV translated into the local language at your own expense. If that's not a problem then go for it.
